Whatever your event or celebration, we are here to make your special day a truly memorable one. Prova’s private dining experts are more than happy to create custom accommodations and arrange for guests to meet Chef Calisi during the course of their meal. For parties of 8-12 we have the roastery table which is available for reservation.

We take reservations for lunch and dinner. To make a reservation, please call us at (408) 779-3200 between 11am-2pm (Friday to Sunday) or 4pm-9pm (Tuesday to Sunday). Voicemail is always available and we will call you back to confirm.

Off-Site and On-Site Catering

Prova offers off-site and on-site catering for all of your private function and dining needs. We are happy to bring our seasoned servers to provide an exquisite dining experience in the comfort of your home, or we can bring the food to you to serve yourself – the choice is yours, but you won’t be disappointed!
