The word Prova means to try or to taste in Italian. Our restaurant is about trying many different things with your friends and family so that you may experience a variety of different tastes and ethnicities. It is meant to be a fun place, where you can order small plates to share or order multiple appetizers for yourself if you prefer. Our menu is vegetarian friendly and we offer some exciting and tasty gluten-free items. The Prova Burger. Always on crispy garlic ciabatta and always made with a 12 ounce brisket and Sirloin blend! Chef Calisi has sampled burgers from all over the world, and as a chef, it’s always been his favorite dish to prepare. Ours is beyond memorable.
